Taylor Lautner zips lips on rumored GF

Taylor Lautner admits that Kristen Stewart is among his most trusted friends in Hollywood.

"Kristen and I are extremely close," Lautner told "Bandila" in an interview. "I mean, we've worked together for five years..."

Asked if there’s anything remotely romantic between them, he just laughed.

"No, there wasn't."

Candid as he was talking about his co-star, Lautner was subdued talking about rumored girlfriend, Marie Avgeropoulos.

Asked to describe his "Tracers" co-star, Lautner quipped: "She is extremely talented."

The hunky actor then talked about the action film shot in New York.

"She did a great job... we had a blast. That movie was very different for me, it was a challenge," he said.

Early in the interview, Lautner expressed excitement in visiting the Philippines, his first time to do so.

He anticipated the humid climate here as heard from associates.

“I've heard a lot about (the country)... I've heard that it's beautiful, I've heard that I would love the humidity (laughs)... and I've heard the people here are great…"

Lautner admitted that he still gets overwhelmed by fan adulation.

"I don't know anybody could be ready for it or be prepared for it," he said.

Not that he isn't grateful about being known mostly as Jacob Black.

"I look at it as the role that gave me the opportunity... and it is now my job to take what that gave me and go with it and work even harder to grow (as an actor)."
