"Taylor Lautner was spotted celebrating his 21st birthday at Lucky Strike Hollywood last Saturday night with close friends, publicist Allison Garman, dancer Kherington Payne, and Patrick Schwarzenegger. We caught Mr. Lautner taking a quick break from the festivities right before his Twilight cohorts, Kristen Stewart and Edi Gathegi made their cameos. All guests arrived via private entrance around 11pm, so other patrons were none the wiser."
