Explaining how his Famous "Yankee" hat got from a Big Fan

She explains how she give that famous Yankee Baseball hat especially am from New York am a Yankee fan 100% great choice Lauren :)

"So I got some flack for saying that I gave Taylor his Yankees hat, the one he has been wearing past couple of weeks. I understand that is IS sort of a reach… but here’s photographic evidence. It happened on November 9, 2012 after he appeared on Live! With Kelly & Michael. I’ve met Taylor a few times before. He is always so nice and so accommodating and generous to his fans, so I wanted to give him something back. Of course it had a little bit of a personal touch because I am a huge Yankees fan, and I told him it was to “replace” his Boston hat. (Yankees/Boston fans will know why, haha.) Anyway… that’s the (very) short version of how Taylor got the Yankees hat he is so fond of. I really never thought he would wear it. As nice as he is, I imagined it would go like in a closet or a box somewhere with tons of other fan stuff, but clearly it did not. I guess this gives hope to everyone who has ever written him a letter or sent him something, that the things he receives from fans are clearly very special and important to him."
